1. Tarot & Meditation Sessions
Once a session is booked and confirmed, it is non-refundable.
2. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the session.
3. Courses
Due to digital access, course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
4. Tarot Kits
Refund or replacement is available only in case of damaged product during delivery.
Customer must report within 48 hours with proof.
5. Processing Time
If applicable, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
